Miller Property Service proudly serves homes and businesses in Maine and southern New Hampshire from our Falmouth, Maine headquarters.
Jason Miller is the owner of Miller Property Service and when you call our phone number, you are going to speak directly to him. Let him know where you are, what you need done, and how soon you need the job completed, and he will be there with his team.
How quickly can you schedule a pickup?
We usually schedule pickups within 48 hours of your request.
What is your pricing structure?
Pricing is based on the amount of material we remove.

Are there extra charges for certain items?
Yes. Items like appliances, electronics, tires, paint, propane tanks, and mattresses may incur additional fees.
Please ask for a full list when you contact us.
Are there items you won’t take?
We cannot remove hazardous or flammable materials, explosives, or anything containing asbestos.
Do I need to move everything you're picking up into one location?
No. We can pick up from basements, attics, garages, and sheds. Just let us know where your items are.
Do you clean out apartments?
Yes. We offer full cleanout services for apartments and rental units.
Who uses your services?
Homeowners, landlords, real estate agents, contractors, and business owners rely on us for cleanouts, junk removal, and reclaiming usable space.
How big of a job can you handle?
We handle everything from single-item pickups to full property cleanouts with multiple truckloads.
Do you take items that had bedbugs or fleas?
Yes, for an additional fee. Please call for details.
Can you load a dumpster I already have?
Yes. We can provide labor to load your dumpster. Call for a quote.
Do you offer moving services?
We don’t move items between locations, but we can help move things around inside your home at an hourly labor rate.
Where does the junk go?
We bring all items to local transfer stations and disposal sites that follow proper waste management protocols.
How long have you been in business?
We’ve been helping customers with cleanouts and junk removal since 2022.
Are you a franchise?
No, we are not a franchise. We are a locally owned and operated business started in Maine, serving homeowners in Maine and southern New Hampshire.
What do you do with all the junk you take away?
We responsibly dispose of all junk and debris we haul away from homes at local transfer stations.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. All estimates are provided free of charge.
Do you offer emergency services?
No. We do not provide emergency or after-hours services.
Are you certified for eco-friendly disposal?
While we focus on eco-friendly practices, we do not hold specific green certifications.
Do you offer donation drop-off?
No. We do not provide donation delivery services at this time.
Can you help move heavy furniture inside my home?
Yes. We can assist with internal moves for an hourly fee.

Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: By appointment
Sunday: Closed (Appointments available, no pickups)
Do you recycle what you haul away?
We attempt to recycle as much of the trash, junk, and debris that we remove from basements, houses, cabins, sheds, attics, and garages. Some items cannot be recycled due to age, but rest assured, we attempt to put as little into landfills as possible.
What services do you offer?
We offer a wide range of services, but starting at the highest level, we are the first choice for realtors and homeowners who need a house, garage, attic, outbuilding, or shed cleaned out.
Beyond that, we offer:
- Appliance removal
- Fire debris removal
- Hoarding clean-up
- Household trash removal (one-time, not scheduled service)
- Metal removal
- Piano removal
- Construction debris removal
- Hot tub and above-ground pool removal
